Food takkuva cheste, body la muscle weak ayitadi, weight taggutavu oka 2 weeks la oka 5 kgs. Kaani normal diet ki raangane malla perugutavu.

And shape kosam ayite, oka 12 hrs trainer ni pettuko. Tarvata continue cheyyi....

Remember that, weight okka rojula peragaledu. Oka 1 year koorchini tinte 15 kgs perugutavu. Aa 15kgs taggalu ante aa 1 year minimum kashtapadali  &D_@@ &D_@@

And food ayite, morning regular break fast, office poyye boy ayite, green tea, lunch ki dirty food kaakunda, healthy food. Stop Rice and Curd. Desi kavali ante chapathi, local ante subs or salads. Afternoon green tea, Work out cheshe mundu bosy ki enery unte ekkuva work chestav. So protien bar, or shake or, a whole fruit. Dinner avoid cheste better, kaani tinakapote manaki nidra pattadu kada, oka 1 chapati with little curry and lot of water.

Itla 1 year cheshindu maa friend, 110 nunchi 75 ki occhindu. Oka 1 year nunchi malla cheyyaledu, 80 unnaattu unnadu.Weight loos annadi serious ga teeskovakli. Results tondata expect cheyyoddu, results raatle ani disappoint kaavoddu.

all the best buddy......easy ga taggutav....kaani gym cheyatam start chesi manesav ante chaala ekuva weight gain avutav.......be careful kochem........so do gym 5 days a week n rest the muscle for 2 days

baa avanni naaku teledu kaano

naaku telisina diet
septunna
morning 8 ki oat meal(with milk)

10 ki green tea

12 ki lunch(if possible avoid rice)

2 ki green tea

4 ki dry fruits

gym ki velley mundu protin shake(only fit protein)

after gym also protein shake

night ki egg only pina vundey white dhi

inka aakali ithey same oat meal

ila cheyyagalugutha...oka 2weeks chesaka...navalla kavatam ledu....food kanipiste kummeyyali ani anthala untundi....malli mottam potundi...

I want to loose my apetite for food....em cheyyaloo cheppandi...
