Kaani DMV cannot recognize I-20 except in exceptional cases

vallu USCIS ki nee status authorization ki apply chesthe they need to either use ur OPT card or u r f1 i20 but f1 i20 has 15 days for which they can't give a card, and opt didn't start yet
