During the Chandrababu Naidu regime, this gentleman had made most of the opportunity to spread his real estate activity to the nook and corner of Hyderabad and other parts of the state. There is no place in the Cyberabad area, where one cannot find the real estate ventures of Murali Mohan in the name of Jayabheri Estates.In fact, there is an allegation that Naidu had developed Madhapur as the Hitech City area only to benefit Murali Mohan’s real estate ventures, besides of course, to jack up the value of his own lands in Kondapur area. There is a talk that Murali Mohan held the benami assets of Naidu.After Naidu lost power in 2004, Murali Mohan systematically cut down all his real estate activities and has now gone silent.“A businessman is always a businessman. Why is he not continuing the same? And why does nobody talk about the kind of benefits he had got during the TDP regime?” an analyst argued.
