Rosy was deceived by central??

tht chidambaram gave him a paper and read news from another paper

there is no indication of forming a seperate telangana process will be started

but chidambaram read it

this is wht rosy said to ministers

ministers of seema and andhra fired at rosy saying tht ysr would have dealt this very good

and so rosy went dull in mood

i really had a corner on rosy for this sort of situation
