i actually dont think if president rule was imposed , then who is going to pass resolution in state... AICC said strictly tht resolution is needed to place bill in parliament......

resolution in state assembly is not required to create a new state. a bill in Parliament will do... Uttaranchal and Jarkhand were formed similarly

yeah it exactly was correct... but what centre afternoon said in national media was they need state resolution to place a bill in parliament even though its not needed actually!!!

i think it was just to prolong the issue and buy some time...
