This is a new rule that allows the market maker to go down his book and sell to whom ever he wants to vs the actual bid and ask price. So what we are seeing is the Market Maker (idiot) is choosing who he will sell or buy stock from. This new rule may not be around much longer if people start to complain about it. Scottrade also informed me that "un-usual" aka bizzare prices are a result of this happening. This has been bugging me so I thought I would share the info to all who cared.[/left][/font][/color]
