1. bill manchide..change untadi kani, corruption ni thudichesi, india super power ayipotadi annattu kadu..but there will be a significant change..
2. good intentions but unconstitutional methods..decisions in democracy should always come from consensus and dialog..forceful ga edo peruki bill pass chesina, it might not be fruitful in the long term

1.) Merits -- corruption will become bit less than now

2.) Demerits --- too much will be in jan lokpal, and hence they will be manipulated by politicians & shit luring them money or threatning them for life etc., so,this can be easily broken up.

I support this bill

1. Ippudu lokpal anna committe avasaram ledu. Chaala committes unnayi ade pani cheyyadaniki. Implement cheshe tollu manchiga undali. So, MPs manchollu kavali. Govt honest undali.

2. Anna Hazare cheshe fast ki govt digi oste, KCR cheshina fast ki kuda same response ravali. Govt will just be trying to save a life (suicide attempt).

1) Bill intentino manchidi...........kaani bill manchidi kaaasu there no division between 3 branches of govt........  too much sscope for abuse og power
2) the president of India cannot veto any judgment passed by lokpal
3) no chance of appealing the judgement to supreme court
4) assests can be seized even during preliminary investigation

there shoud be divisio of power among. legislative. executive and judiciary bodies........... this bill is wiping that out

the poca act clearly mentions that a officer can be dismissed only by his fellow or superior rank officer..........


there is a reason for that.......... in most of the cases a suboridate officer cannot  have a better judgement
