mee univ. vaadu pampistaadu kadaa details kottha I20 tho paatu.........emi ei kaavaalo.....total list pampistaadu emi emi ivvaalo..........oka 11 or 14 points vuntaayi.........

mainly kottha I20, final degree copy, 2 photos, visa copy, mee employer nundi letter........inkaa evo vuntaayi......

mee univ website lo dorike

1)  OPT EXTENSION request form

2.      Form I-765, with the code (c) (3) (C) filled out in Item #16. Make sure you also include your current OPT employment information and the employer’s E-Verify information.
3.      Copy of front and back of I-94.
4.      Copy of Passport and Visa.
5.      Copy of front and back of current EAD card.
6.      Copy of your degree certificate (diploma) from University.
7.      Copy of employer offer letter stating employment dates.
8.      Copy of all I-20s

here is the list:
1) New OPT I-20
2) 2 New PP fotos
3) Check $340 ( not sure )
4) Application for OPT STEM extn ( andulo nee emp e-verify # rastey chalu - no nee of any employment letter )
5) copy of PP, VISA & EAD
6) all above things in either certified mail or any other preferred mail services ( with tracking#) - ppl sugg certified mail coz neeku oka ack card mukka vapas ostadi, when packet reaches there

The following documents must be submitted along with the I-765:
 A copy of your conferred degree indicating the major field of study.
 A job offer letter from the E-verified employer confirming your continued employment
 A copy of your last EAD card (front and back)
 Copy of immigration documents (Visa, Passport, I-94 card)
 Copy of pre-SEVIS I-20s and I-20’s authorizing CPT
 Check or Money Order to the US Department of Homeland Security for $380
 Two passport style photos taken in the last 30 days
 New I-20 recommending the 17 month extension
 Your supervisor’s name, e-mail address and phone number

University nunchi I20 return ochaka.....

take a copy of that I20

and along with the other documents above..

Send these to USCIS

9.      Copy of the OPT Extension I-20 provided by your DSO and signed by the student on Page 1 (for USCIS only)

10.  Two 2”x2” passport-style, color photographs (for USCIS only)

11.  Check or money order for $380, payable to “Department of Homeland Security” (for USCIS only)

Also previously approved 797 or reciept of previous OPT card
