adi 255.255.1.0 kadu....... 1 in 3rd octect means..... its in 128 place kada........

128  64  32  16      8  4  2  1
1    | 0      0    0        0    0  0  0 ========>  /17 ante - 1st digit is 1 means 128 kada...... not 1
