satish12 Posted December 12, 2009 Report Posted December 12, 2009 The United States has advised its citizens to defer all non-essential travel to the Telangana Region of Andhra Pradesh and certain parts of Hyderabad in view of the possibility of civil unrest there. It asks them to stay away from areas especially the Assembly and Secretariat in Hyderabad, Osmania University, Panjagutta, and Ameerpet areas. A travel advisory issued by the State Department alerts US citizens to the possibility of violence as Andhra Pradesh continues to experience civil unrest.
