everybody got dissapointed due to the agitation thts going place in andhra pradesh

hyderabad is capital for all , not for somebody or someone.. its everybodys

andhrapradesh culture is diversified

in movie terms andhrapradesh is, nizam( nizams ruled area), ceeded(tippusultaan ruled region), sarkaar( coastal region)

and is not seema, costa and telangana.. every body has their own terms

we came into politics to do help for people who are in need

hyderabad is mohter for the whole andhra pradesh and is not specific to some region or somebody it doent belongs to

hyderabad is not part of telangana, instead telangana is part of hyderabad he said!!!!

1969 movement was actual movement for telangana, thts been addreseed and some orders were passed

but todays was a very big flaw

to get funds in huge amounts, we need to have more MPs, if we divide we wont get any funds and no one cares!!!!!

175 are from seema and andhra. see 225 means some of telangana mlas also dont want tht

according to the constitution""";;; its 64(a) i think.. i exactly dont remember it

according to tht rule

the state resolution is not mandatory for the centre to consider for a seperation of a state

it is fully in the centre discretionary powers to take decision on a bill to be introduced

but, instead, before centre takes decision to place a bill in parliament , they should tell the president about the consequences and the issues tht made the central government to take tht decision

so in tht regard the centre may ask for a resolution by state government or they will constitute a comitee to prepare the list of issues in tht regard

either of this is presented to president

then only the president gives the central government to introduce the bill

so the process goes like this

centre decides to seperate

first they should ask the president for intorducing bill

president asks for the reasons

centre should show the reasons, ether in the form of resolution or  a report by comittee

then president says OK

then bill be introduced
