Role: Business Analyst  Pre-sale Business Process and Requirements

Experience Level:  6 to 10 years experience

Functional Domain Skills:

Commercial Cable and Internet Pre-Sales Processes, specifically around the quoting process - involving Survey Mgmt, Location Serviceability, Quoting, Pricing, Contract Mgmt and Order Entry.



Role Description: 

Need to drive business process optimization and business requirements a major cable and telecommunications provider's (MSO/Telco)’s pre-sales commercial enterprise.



Must have skills:

1) Business process re-engineering.

2) Strong verbal and written communication.

3) Strong business requirements definition experience.

4) Telecom and/or Cable (MSO) industry experience.

5) Sales process expertise.



Nice to have skills in order of priority:

1) Product knowledge of Metro Ethernet, Cell Backhaul, Trunking, SMB.

3) Methods and procedures documentation experience

4) Previous experience with agile SDLC and UML.

5) Salesforce.com experience.
