pikki Posted September 11, 2011 Report Posted September 11, 2011 Consult and immigration attorney they will guide you in a proper way. Sometimes all of the documents are not needed in some cases. Try to respond to the query and be in OPT status and utilize the complete OPT status coz H1B will have its own complications again. It always better to be in OPT status than H1B, if you have good OPT period to use. Good luck
