Hi one and all

My scenario is

I am working for a X company and their is a layer between client and my employer.The X company is offering me full time without green card. My employer paid  60K for the 1st yr after then he is paying 70-30.
What should be the good or best bargain with the employer if I send him the offer email of full time my company send to me.
