Men are the best liars when it comes to lying in a relationship. Most of the women would have heard lies from their husbands, boyfriends or fiancés. The top five things that men lie about are listed below.

1. Most of the women would have definitely heard this one that no one understands me as well as you do! This is the best emotional weapon that men use to make women feel sorry for them and offer them a shoulder to cry on. This is just a great way of requesting that they are in need of help, be it financial, or any other favor that you can probably make for him.

2. The second in line is that they can handle any problem with strength and composure. Men usually have this misconception about themselves that they can easily fix anything and probably everything that goes wrong. It is only when the situations turn out to be worse or the problem is still unattended to you, he would realize that they cannot handle it as perfectly as they had claimed to do it.

3. Men also have a habit of not sharing their problems especially with women and pose as if everything is fine. This can be attributed to the ego problems that men usually face or they do not want their woman to know what they are going through. Whenever your man acts funny, irritated or says that nothing is wrong, there is something that is definitely wrong. Do not push your man into sharing his problem; give him time when he would share it with you.

4. If you have seen your man with someone else and suspect him of cheating on you and confront him, the most expected answer would be "we are just friends". This is possibly the most common lie that men say when they are cheating on their spouse. If your man hesitates when you confront him or tries to divert your attention from the topic, then he is lying for sure.

5. Another common lie that men say is I’ll call you soon. Men say this with so much ease without understanding that the woman actually expects him to call her at the said time. If you question them why didn’t he call you, another lie comes out, he might say that he tries but the phone lines were busy. Most of the times it would have slipped off their mind and not an intention to lie, but this are true lists to the 5 top lies that men say.

Men usually lie to keep themselves in an important place, so that in any situation they can get away with an excuse.
