I have been trained on JAVA. Now looking for reference, can any one suggest what knowledge and experience will 1yr JAVA guy will get. Also I have been trained on JSP,Structs,Hibernate and Spring. I would like to keep 1 to 2yr exp on this. Can any one suggest me how to deal with this..

I am from UK..but would like to keep 1yr Indian fake exp.


Please help me.....
