One year back aithe chance undedi, kaani ippudu recent ga Rules anni change ayyayi. At present those who are in Managerial post they have a good chance. Or Get in here as a student you can get your PR within 1year. Do some diploma or some advance course in your field.

Easy way ani emi undadu mama. U have to struggle at first. Business pettali anukunte atleast you have to put 10 to 20% from your side and the rest the bank will provide. If the bank thinks you are eligible they will give you the money or there is a govt sponsored loan. As a new immigrant the govt will back you up and act as guarantor for the loan you are taking and u'll get approved.

Update:

The one and only drawback in getting a govt sponsored loan is you can't sponsor your family or relatives for their PR or immigration.

If you wanna enter CA take a small course here and apply for PR. You will easily become a Citizen of Canada.

Nenu job chese firm immigration to yelanti sambamdham ledu mama. They provide insurance and licence to practice in canada for all the law firms here in Canada. This firm is formed by Lawyers itself. But i can provide a good attorney's name who can help you in this matter.

Once you become Canadian you can apply for a TN visa and work in USA. The visa process is easy and not so hard like H1. Just goto any canadian/Us border and show your papers and get it stamped. But you cannot become a citizen of USA. You have to go thru all the GC process. But It may not take that long because you are a canadian now and their priority dates differ that from India.

If you have completed your study, take up a course/diploma which can help you in your field and apply for a student visa. After approval enter CA. As soon as you enter CA apply for a PR. You will have it within 1year and you can also get a job because you have some education here.
