The biggest surprise is that, nearly 75% of the agitators in Andhra and Rayalaseema areas agitating for “United Andhra” that is for Hyderabad have never seen Hyderabad in their life time. This is enough to say that, this drama is enacted only for Political benefits by leaders of Andhra and Rayalaseema regions.”

fasi Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 Those students who study 3 yrs before doing there 10th class in the same region they are considered to be locals. This is by constitution. They are eligible for all benefits the locals get. so they are Telanganites.
