And so telangana was merged with Andhra, with well developed Hyderabad as its capital

Compare hyd with delhi, and then talk. Development is a relative term. In absolute sense, every street is developed, every house is. Manaki appudu roads levu, buses levu. Kani ippudu unnayi. Ante develop ayinam. Mari why is India still a "developing nation" and not a developed nation?

Mari why is India still a "developing nation" and not a developed nation? development is not just specific to improve infrastructe, but to improve the living standards of people and educate people.... so many factors come when saying development.... no tjust the roads and buildings!!!!
