Che Guevera Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 can anyone tell me how to file a case in indian court(high court/ supreme court)??? is there any such thing that we can file a case through online??? i think every citizen has right to file a case in the court if he thinks that he is cheated in the society..am i right???? is there any fees to file a case and is lawyer compulsory to file a case???
ganesh Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 annnaya tamaru ekkada untaru???????first u have to register a case in d police station.........then it will go to court......i dont think u can directly register a case on someone directly in court........and u have to be dere physically.........online kavala bujja neeku hitwalltwice hitwalltwice # #...anyways welcome welcome to db

Now you can file a case in the Supreme Court through the internet and also avail of the following services: Filing of cases by any Advocate-on-Record or Petitioner-in-person through internet from anywhere in the world Electronic payment of court fee and other charges by visa/master card/debit card Electronic registration of defect-free cases Electronic communication and removal of filing defects Electronic filing of reply/rejoinder/applications/documents Service of notices and communications through e-mail Website : www.supremecourtofindia.nic.in (have a look at it... its very informative) E-Filing Instructions can be found at http://sc-efiling.nic.in/sc-efiling/index.html
