bitterkai Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 as we all know tht the high court issued two orders in favor of OMC mining recently one is , OMC can continue mining, by showing a bank gauranteee second, Saty on CBI enquiry Now state government approached supreme court on this issue and filed a petition !! Tappal Ganesh a lawyer and Nagam Janardhan reddy TDp MLA also were co petetioners in this issue!!! lets see how supreme court reacts!!1 I wonder, if all the courts do the same justice, then y is there a difference btw decisions made by high court and supreme court in the same issues!!! Any opinions guys!!!
