sattipandu Posted December 16, 2009 Report Posted December 16, 2009 India is building 3 world class aircraft carriers by 2020 besides getting 1 from russia here is a look where they will be stationed. Russian one and the 1st indigenous aircraft carrier will atleast carry 30 aircraft each. 2nd and 3rd one to be built by India may carry more than 35 each, planning still under way, will only be finished by 2020. Add to this we already have INS Viraat that can carry a min of 15 harrier aircraft and 10 more heli's. INDIAN NAVY is going strong with future plans and will be fielding around 150 aircraft's and enuf naval power to destroy pakistan single handedly.
