Sneha Ullal has spent three years in Telugu film industry during which she acted in five films apart from making couple of cameo appearances. While she began her career riding on the hype that she has striking resemblance to Aishwarya Rai, it looks like the actor, who was introduced in Telugu by Karunakaran, has had a roller coaster ride in Telugu film industry over the past few years. Now, she has gone a step ahead and revealed what she had to go through to bag the films.

During a recent interview to a leading newspaper she cribbed about how biased the film industry and said, “Tollywood is so hero-oriented that it pi**es me off! Even if the actor has a string of flops, he still gets work. But an actress has to work her way up. I can’t do anything about it, I just have to go with the flow and hope that people change their mindset.”

Over the past few years, she had worked with some top directors like Karunakaran, Boyapati Srinu, Krish, Gunasekhar and Srinu Vaitla. Despite this fact, the actress has lashed out at how the industry functions. Let’s see how this statement of her is received by industry folks. Her next Telugu film, Madatha Kaja is all set for release on September 30.
