If any of these two, he can call them and explain them the situation and ask them to charge back. They will cancel the order and the money will be debited to your account. Next time if he wanna order check for references. Good luck.

If western Union i guess he has nothing to do except cryingms. Anyways i'll find out tomorrow and let you know.

Coz i have lot of dealing with some companies from that site. The first and most imp point he forgot is Cross references and feedback of that company. Also he can try contacting Alibaba see if they can do anything.

The first and most imp point he forgot is Cross references and feedback of that company.
