I think there will be very least  inbuilt memory just for OS..


Its going to be cloud operated based on 3G... 

and even My guess on Iphone too.. make some space for NFC and better battery and some more new technologies by reducing the memory chip and makes it dependent on Cloud


If not now atleast in near future..
