or else could be some Bandwidth usage limit petti untaru.....
most companies observed that ...... their uplink to internet traffic is growing day by day, & identified that 70-80% of their internet traffic is just social websites, youtube etc........
so there are some tools some companies use, which block & doesn't allow if threshold is reached
