bitterkai Posted December 17, 2009 Report Posted December 17, 2009 As we know tht high court gave a green signal for the OMC mining despite the state govt orders and also gave a stay on the CBI inquiry into the issue for 6 weeks!!! Then yesterday state government filed a special leave petition in supreme court to look into the issue!!! So, today SUpreme court issued a stay on high courts order and issued notices to OMC mining corporation to stop the mining!!! How Gali will digest this!! It the final court which we had!!! he has no other option but to stop now!!! cheers12w cheers12w
