Cap Numbers : 62,900 as of December 11, 2009 Updated Dec 15, 2009; 6:15pm (ET) The USCIS is continuing to issue frequent H1B cap count updates. The count as of December 11, 2009 is 62,900. This is 400 cases above the count from just one day earlier. We will continue to provide updates until the FY10 cap is reached. Quote
