Assla ee situation ki ela vachavo cheppu baa pls...i feel so sad for u. Frankly Naku bad situation ochindi baa. I have no idea what to do and whom to approach. OPT ended, can't explain my situation that time. When i spoke to one lawyer he really scared me and he did so coz he dont know the uscis rules that much...and when i contacted murthy again who did my h1b filing he gave me correct information and then gave me a go ahead further what i have to do and what are my options ani. So i did and now all is well. So dont think that every door is closed , there might be a way out as it happened for me. So approach the right people and go from there. It hard to go back after all we spend all our money in education. Na mata vini manchi lawyer tho matlau baa..i suggest murthy coz i know they are experts in what they do. Frankly nenu ippadidaka oka 7 to 8 times anna matladi unta baa murthy tho..naku ee problem ochina first vallane contact avutani nenu. So pls do that first and then go from there. If any chance go to a visiting visa status so that u can buy sometime. and think what u want to do. .
