California, Oct 12: Prithvi Mavilla, a promising MBA student from Andhra Pradesh studying in Boston had an accident, which led to a blood clot in her brain, she needs immediate needs physiotherapy to recover fully.

Prithvi is 26 yr old very active, intelligent, outgoing and lively person. She is on a student visa and does not have full medical benefits due to her visa status. Her student medical insurance doesn't cover the cost for physiotherapy, the cost of the physiotherapy can exceed $50,000 per month.
