very good camera..poor usability experience..bad operating system..not at all comparable to android or IOS..theres not going to be too much support for symbian OS anyway..I don't see any reason why one should buy an N8 unless you are a hardcore nokia supporter..

I have recently purchased a new N8, I have been singing the praises of the iphone 3gs for some time, I have owned the nokia express music, many many more phones including the N900, I can honestly say that accepting that all phones have their little qwerks that become annoying, this N8 has to be one of the best phones i have the pleasure of owning, It not only rivals the iphone it in my view leaps ahead in its technical abilities and is a fantastic modem using the three network, almost as quick as virgin media down load [url="http://www.techradar.com/reviews/phones/mobile-phones/nokia-n8-692448/review#"][color=darkgreen][size=1]speed[/size][/color][/url], if you are looking for a phone that ticks all the boxes take it from someone who is quite picky get this one you will love it, the smileys are the bollox as well, a lot of the remarks you have read are from people who are trying to compare a phone with a laptop or a power book, I own a mac book pro, my teenagers own iphones and different samsung phones and they are hard to please but concur that this N8 is the nuts and it will be interesting to see if the iphone 5 comes close, iphones cannot be used as modems yet, one little added bonus, the radio reception is second to none.
If i was going to be picky i would ask nokia to make the ariel built in so the radio can be used through speakers without having to plug in head phones, although if you use head phones that come in to parts you can separate the two parts and the radio will be heard through its own speakers Love It

lol rofl..rendu use chesanu..N8 would have been an awesome phone, I guess 2 yrs back..not now..
iphone 4 s kosam wait cheyyachu or iphone 4 teeskochu..siri app, better processor n camera is the only major difference..
or try htc sensation or htc inspire..they are good too..

Nokia N8 is an awesome phone i have ever used, currently i am having 3phones(N8,3gs,C8) but i use only N8, this is the fantastic phone the camera quality and interface and easy of access to apps everything is juz awesome...but if u r android fan then u can look for something else...but rest of the things in N8 are fabulous like battery,acmera etc..i luved it

in my view you can go for this phone it wont disappoint you until unless u r android or ios fan...apart from that the N8 wrk very well itz just awesome that is the i haven't gone for the upgrade to 4 or 4s
