Jayaprakash Narayan : Telangana will be formed

What will happen if Telangana state is formed? Heavens won’t fall, no? At the same time, it cannot create a heaven in Telangana. Why are these people are fighting on an issue which does not impact the people in any way?

This was the comment said to have been made by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, while interacting with Lok Satta president Dr Jayaprakash Narayan. “It is a misconception that there would be a radical change in the people’s lives if a state is formed or remains united. We have seen many more such crises in the past. It will be resolved amicably, provided both the sides have a give and take approach,” JP said, in a television interview.

He, however, said it was not so easy for the government to go back on the statement of Telangana. “If anybody expects that by resorting to dharnas, agitations and hunger strikes, the government will take back its statement, he is mistaken. The arrow has been shot. It cannot come back. What needs to be done now is to find a solution and see that nobody is hurt. There are no winners and losers in this; both the sides have to be prepared to win something and lose something,” he said.

He hoped that there would be a clear statement from the Prime Minister, one he returns from his foreign trip.

Jayaprakash met Sonia, PM manmohan, Chidambaram, Mukherjee..They all categorically said we dont go back on Telangana bcoz we already gave a word. So, what the issue is to talk with both sides and solve the issues......Adhi motham chadivthey edhey chepindhii...........

Central Govt wont go back on there stand but they will consider and solve the problems of Andhra / Rayalseema after discussions.
