EVERYONE HAS USED THIS GROUP DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO GET BACK INTO STATUS, MOST OF THEM EVEN TOOK PAIN TO GO TO DC EVEN WHEN THEY WERE 10 HOURS AWAY.......

THERE ARE ALSO PEOPLE WHO SHAMELESSLY ASKED US IN PERSONAL MAILS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE GROUP AFTER GETTING BACK INTO STATUS WITHOUT EVEN SHARING THEIR STORY....

Dear Sir,

The past 8 months has been a severely traumatizing experience for all the students associated with this TVU issue and even their families in India.

We have applied for reinstatement and have been receiving NOID's which is Notice of Intention to Deny, from the USCIS. We are paying tuition fee to the current schools, we are enrolled in and have spent a lot a time and resources to follow the reinstatement guidelines as almost 2 to 3 semesters are over.

I kindly request the Indian Embassy to take your step in and arrange a meeting with the USCIS officials, so that our problems are heard by them and we get some relief from them.

I am very thankful to the immense help and relief provided by Indian Embassy in the TVU issue until now. But sadly our problems are not being addressed in a correct and consistent way.

So, please Sir its our humble request for you to kindly step in and please arrange a meeting with the USCIS officials so that there could be a positive solution to end the woes of TVU victims as we still have deep faith in the American legal system which promises justice for all.

I know the pain you r goin through, nenu recent ga raid ina 2nd univ baditudiney.

ma univ vallu relative ga mekanna chala chesaru DC lo political ga, legal ga etc, but its tough to influence immigration.

Just a friendly suggestion is cross the boarder and come back and get relieved from stress. I know its not so easy.

of course, finally its you to decide which is good and which is bad.
