if you don't pay a fine that means you want to challenge this in traffic court and there will be court date set where you or your lawyer have to attend, if none shows or failure to pay generally leads to prosecution or to civil recovery proceedings for the fine. in some states it will go to a collection agency but in some states the judge will order arrest warrant...
