He made one such comment on November 1st 1956. Mission Telangana has obtained irrefutable evidence of Pandit Jawaharlal comparing the merger of Andhra and Telangana to a marriage. He made these prophetic observations while speaking at the inauguration of Andhra Pradesh state in Hyderabad on November 1st 1956. Here is what he said on that day: [b][i]“So this particular combination of a part of Hyderabad State with Andhra – this marriage, as I call it — has many features, good and bad, which often accompany marriages. That is to say it is good if the two cooperate and flourish to the advantage of each other. But, there are also risks and dangers if different temparaments and other things which may come in the way of smooth working so essential for the success of the marriage.
