i chatted with tht ***.....na passport foto copies vunayi  mail lo...and ma family fotos and contacts vunayi.....he is saying he will send this bank account information to others and warn them to send money to this account ani,,...then cops will take care ani bediristhunadu

kani vadiki anta bomma ledule.. bhayapadaku.... u changed ur passwords.. inka migataadi antaa picha lite.... tell ur family and friends tht ur account was hacked and dont believe any matter tht comes from tht account... and as said by king makers... lodge a police compalint in cyber department!!!!

1. Goto your bank or Call your bank and block all the cards that belong to that account.

2. Block that account.

3. Tell them to re-activate your account with a new account # and re-issue new cards.

4. Call your friends ( Email- i dont think so, bcoz you never know when they might check) and tell them not to entertain any mails or calls from the person who hacked your email claiming any material.

5. Call your parents and relatives (contacts from that mail) and inform them about the hack and ask them to not to entertain if anyone claims to be your friend and seeks something in return.

6. If you can afford setup and account with credit bureau and keep track of your credit history for the next 6 months.

7. As bitterkai mama said lodge a case against him with the cyber department. They will take care of it.

8. As all the Db'ers mentioned here Change your passwords.(Bank, other emails, online shopping accounts, online money sending if any, everything related to online)

9. A strong password (alpha numeric).

10. Remember any happy incident or something that you remember in your life and take every first letter of each word and make it as a password.(dont forget to add some numbers to it)

EX:- My parents got married in Dec XX-XXXX and i was born in november XX-XXXX.

If anything comes up in my mind i'll update here.

sam maams..maa friend gadiki same situation unde..he called customer service and he is able to get back his account with in hours...vaadi daridraniki passport documents, ssn and bank cards anni scan chesi mail lo pettukunadu..

na yahoomessenger ki oka link vochindhi...nenu adhi click chesa...it asked for yahoomail login so formally i entered....after it asked gmail...

vadu evado saley gadu...na gmail and yahoomail pwds telusukunadu dhinitho...literally he hacked....vadu nanu bediristhunadu....na bank account information kontha vundhi ...and ma family contacts ani andhulone vunayi....

nenu gmail 6 yrs back create chesa. i didnt remember the details for secondary email....which i gave...after 24 hours you'll be able to reset your password by answering the security question you provided when you created your account ani anthundhi...

evado india nunchi...saley kaminey gadu....online ki vachadu frm my account and asking 100$ ....if not he is warning tht he will do the same to my frnds.....

The best thing you can do is imemdiately remove the money or transfer the money to some, call bank and reset all the password , account number etc
