Naku upgrade eligibility undi mamalu, Ite do I need to pay $18 as upgrade fee. If I go to apple store do I need to pay ? If I go to AT&T store do I need to pay 18$ ? And 16 or 32gb edi better?

I did same thing I bought Apple4S white 16gb...But returned last week..U dont believe....Battery was same as android..Got new samsung galaxy S2 4'3..I was having 30 days time to returnm so i did...Now i am plaaning to return Samsung Galaxy S2 4'5 screen next week..
