akkada hands means nee total 5 cards kadha baa dantlo nee actual hand lo unnadi okati ayina ayi undochu.... for ex.. neeku oka card match ayi akkada already inko pair unte adhi two pair ye avuthundhi kadha...

there is no 3 pair it is only three of a kind kadha just to avoid confusion....
