KCR says Telangana has filmi talent too

It is well-known that the TRS and his party have openly given a call to boycott the films of those actors who support United Andhra.

Following the call, screening of films like Arya2, Saleem have been stopped in many parts of Telangana.  Now, the leader has opened a fresh salvo against the filmwallahs who have taken the Samaikhyandhra stand.

"Why should we watch your films if you are not concerned about Telangana. Don't we have actors and film-makers here," he said.  Hailing some of the T-talent in the industry today, Rao said that the region can throw up good actors and filmmakers too.

Speaking in his typical style, the leader stated that he himself was a good actor in his college days.  Taking the names of writers like Suddhala Ashokteja and Gorati Venkanna, he said that the region was not bereft of filmi talent.

Speaking gushingly, he said that people of the region were able of making films themselves.
