Hey Guyz... this isn't a comedy.. we should sympathize with those people... and in fact call centers should understand its customers problems and help in resolve the issue... let's not make fun of ignorant people

Cell phones are useful even for poor... for better communication and connectivity... they would have definitely helped them during floods..
