yeah.. he is partially right.. i dont agree much with the second point though.. what islam said is the same all religions would do. even Budhdha also made a set of rules and those who follow his principles are considered Budhdhists right.. ??

exactly but thats not case with Hindus ...no one wrote those in the beginning.... they were taken from the best practices of the daily life

No benz.. not all the principles are taken from dharma preachings.. only a certain things which help you to lead a pious life are taken from it. Hindutva derives its principles not only from Sanathana dharma, but a lot of other scriptures like geetha, bharatha, ramayana etc. A king can kill a person before he attempts to kill. This is the principle from geetha and mahabharatha.. but not from dharma literature.

but should'nt the king consult the brahmin ( minster) before he makes any decision ... isnt that the beauty of Hinduism... checks and balances

yeah.. that is too.. i mean when you get deep into every principle, there is an underlying responsibility and u have to answer about that act to someone at some point of time.

king rama did it when he killed Vaali. He explained the reason why it is not wrong to kill Vaali from behind the tree.. Ideal man u see..

Ya.. thats right too. But killing someone by hiding behind the tree is considered as Adharma right? That's the quesiton Vaali rises.. and Rama answers.
