also, if i'm not wrong.. Petrol and Gas miidha Govt. already subsidy pay chesthundhi

In November 2010, petrol in Delhi cost Rs 52.91 a litre; it costs Rs 68.64 a litre now. Diesel in November 2010 cost Rs 37.75 a litre (Delhi), today it costs Rs 40.91 a litre.

you are just talking about petrol, but you are not talking about the subsidies provided by government to other by products of Petroleum(crude oil). Sum them all and you will see the actual math...
