is i- 9 form to be filled while on 12 month OPT ???? or it is required to be filled while on 17 month OPT time ?
please suggest ??? i am on 12 month OPT

doesnt matter if you are working inside or outside the country. you have to fill a I-9 form if you are working of a US employer

na doubt is at the port of entry (when i reenter to usa) will they ask or check whether i-9 form was filled ???? please let me know.

no they will not, I-9 will always remain with your employer and he exhibits it only when requested by DOL
