I need to update a table based on cases...based on comparison between two tables.

Table A ---Col1 -- 1234

Table B -----Col1 --- 0123,1234 (multiples)

then Update Table A---col1 as [color=#b22222]*[/color]

Table A ----Col 1 ---1234
Table B ----Col1 --- 5678

then Update Table A ---col 1as [color=#b22222]5678[/color]

[b]Case 3:[/b]

Table A ----Col 1 --- *
Table B ----Col 1----1234, 0456 (multiples)

Then update Table A---col1 as [color=#b22222]*[/color]

[b]Case 4 :[/b]

Table A ---Col 1-----*
Table B ----Col1 ----- 1234

Then update Table A col1 as [color=#b22222]1234[/color]
