MS pharmacy (vt funding) raavali ante, along vt GRE n TOEFL scores, need some publications and good project work... Personally, if she is interested in going for a Ph.D degree then, its good to choose MS in pharmacy... based on current situation, I would suggest you to look for univ in Canada also which allows you write PEBC exam... -Good luck..
