Only rule when u drive u need to have a license holder beside u in normal condition (required by Law)

i don't know all the rules of 50 states.... but surely know the rules of 9 states...... think abt it... car hiring anedi company private business... if to hire a car or not a hire a car is his own policy... who is the state govt to interfere in their business... all they want is the public to be safe and so they made the rule that there need to be a licensed holder beside you.... this rule is valid only when you drive your own car ani rule ledu.... and car companies are nationalized... they don;t work on individual state laws... all the laws are for is for the protection of the residents....
