Hyd loni vaalu very dist vaarini samaanam ga choostara? Anni districts oke economic level ki vastaya? Oka district raakapothe adhi seperate avacha? - I think you should read the first post..it says main criterias are geography and economy...with one district both these points are not satisfied. Hence they cannot be given a separate state. Telangana(biggest region when compared to costa, seema) and given its resources, can be easily carved out separate state.
