Looking For Training and Placement Assistance!

Hi Guys!

              I am done with my Masters in EEE, applied for OPT and can get it soon. i am  looking for some software Training and placement assistance.

Could you please let me know if you have any idea on good consulting company for software Training and  placements, that would not hesitate me in future.

My choice is to  finish training from my home, if not I am ready to relocate to any place.

Also could you let me know which would be the best choice(can get job quickly) in all software Lang's and Tools as a fresher.
