HAPPY REDDY Posted November 29, 2011 Report Posted November 29, 2011 Hi Friends, need [b] Nadi oka different and sad situation, I graduated in december 2010 and joined a consultancy( this so called consultnacy gave me training on some technolgy and he was not able to find me a job in that technolgy and trained me on other still he was not succesful finally he placed me , after 6 months I got a job that is on July ) there was no support at all during my job, he dint even pay me on time ,there were always some issues , so emundi I got fired .Now I changed my employer and gave his details for my opt extension matter enti ante this employer also looks the same. so friends could you please give your valuable suggestions. I already lost one year of my valuable opt. I am still waiting for my extension can I change employer now while I am on extension .I need a job. naku oka 3months exp undi I know which is useless, but I was able to know the corporate system. I am ready to join a good reliable consultancy which can do my H-1 too .. thanks[/b][b] [/b]

Think about the things u did and try to learn something from ur experience... GL
