More on the Manchus... Rumours are flying thick and fast that Lakshmi Machu is eyeing a career in politics. While her daddy dearest makes it a point to say just how much he detests rajneeti at any given chance, Lakshmi’s recent public appearances with her dad painted a different picture. Ditching her designer rags for simple handloom weaves, the young socialite and showbiz personality has been touring Chitoor, Vijaywada and Tirupati, where she visited Lagadapati, interacted with SV university students and also met up with the CM and the DGP, to express her support for the Samakya Andhra Movement. Politics or not, she sure knows how to stay in news.
